Teen Birthday Card

Today was my nephews birthday so I need a card for a teenager. I wanted to use one of the new designer papers from the outlaw collection. This is a great pack of paper because it can be used for both male and female cards or scrapbook pages. I just used a small part of the striped paper. The striped paper has sage shadow, really rust and chocolate chip in it so that's where I pulled my colors for the surf boards. The surf boards are part of a retired set called do the hula. It's a pretty simple card but for a teenage boy you really don't want to much going on. I did rough up the edges of each layer to give it a more worn look. The surf boards are up on stampin dimensionals so that they stick up off of the card a little. That's it quick and simple.

Have a great day and happy stampin!
